It is our practice policy that if we’re unable to converse with you 24 hours before your appointment we will remove it.
We consider all appointments at A1 Dental Care 100% confirmed at the time of booking.
Our organised staff will operate a courtesy reminder service via telephone, sms and/or email 72 hours prior to all appointments.
Every time we see you we will confirm we have up to date contact details, however should they change in between visits please notify our staff as soon as possible! This will prevent your appointment being removed due to no contact.
CANCELLATION & FAIL TO ATTEND
Patients that cancel their appointments with less than 72 hours notice or fail to attend their confirmed appointment, adversely affect our capability of helping a patient in need of urgent attention or suffering from immense pain. As passionate health providers we want to help you in your time of need.
We do understand that life situations may arise that would make it impossible to provide 72hours notice and each occurrence will be given consideration based on previous attendance history.
We do not believe in charging an “extra non-refundable cancellation/fail to attend fee” however, on the third occurrence we will charge 50% of your treatment cost as a holding deposit before securing a new appointment with our practice. This is not an extra fee, it is an advance payment.
